Custom Curriculum Development
Shared understanding is the foundation of collaboration. Our interactive, dynamic and participatory approach to education & training meets people where they are in their learning and supports shared understanding of concepts in the context of their own work and lives.
Applying principles of critical pedagogy, adult learning, cultural safety, and trauma-informed practice, our sessions make difficult conversations accessible to audiences of diverse backgrounds.
Who is this for?
Custom curriculum development is for any organization looking to empower collaboration by developing shared understanding around complex issues and topics.
We have experiences working with diverse groups, including various professionals (health-care, non-profit, urban design), marginalized communities (queer people, Indigenous communities) and government (local, provincial). Our expertise is around substance use, community health, and queer health, but we can partner with subject matter experts to deliver high quality education on other topics.
