I design and facilitate collaborative engagement, strategy, policy and learning processes for organizations working through complex change.
Too much change work ends with a polished deliverable and no shared capacity to act on it.
Plans, policies, reports and recommendations cannot move work forward on their own. Progress depends on whether people were meaningfully involved, whether different perspectives were understood and whether the relationships and skills required for action have been strengthened. I help organizations invest in both: useful outputs and the relationships that make those outputs possible.

We need to invest in the relationships carrying the work as intentionally as we invest in strategies, policies and deliverables. My role is to create the structure and conditions for people to work through complexity together.
