We want to help you build relationships that drive transformative change.

We do our work on the ancestral territories of Indigenous nations.

We acknowledge with respect and gratitude that we are based on the unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and sel̓íl̓witulh peoples, and that we do our work on the territories of many nations across Turtle Island (North America).

In recognition of our presence on unceded territory, in gratitude for the ways that Indigenous knowledge systems have informed our work, and to ensure that our work is bound to the resurgence of Indigenous nations, 2% of annual gross sales is redistributed to support Indigenous-led language & cultural revitalization across the territories that we do our work. Our immediate service area is Metro Vancouver, but we travel across BC and Canada.

OUR VALUES

Connection

Connection is what sustains us as human beings, motivates us to work together and allows us to create collaborative solutions. It is both an approach and outcome in our work. Healthy connection means a consent-based approach that is trauma-informed, culturally safe and empathetic.

Authenticity

You cannot have strong relationships, connection or trust without being authentic. Getting to a place of authenticity allows us to remove the unspoken barriers that exist in our work, to deepen relationships and stop wasting time pretending.

Trust

Trust is the foundation of human achievement, Moving towards greater trust between people within and outside your organization is what creates resilience and impact.

Our Mission

Building healthier organizations and communities by supporting authentic relationships of trust between people working on important challenges.

Our Vision

Healthy, connected, authentic, human relationships empowering a stronger, more resilient and trust-based economy.
